1. Pre-contractual information

These General Conditions regulate the online sales relationship between the owner and the user or client, in accordance with applicable law, including the laws of the State of Florida governing consumer protection (the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act) and electronic transactions (the Florida Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and the federal E-SIGN Act). The owner reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate to adapt to current regulations and their changes. These modifications may be made through its website, by any legally admissible means, and will be binding for as long as they are published on the web until they are validly replaced by subsequent modifications.

The purpose of the website is to provide advisory and management services, such as offering training, filling out forms and assisting the client with their legal procedures in Spain. The contract duration will be linked to the completion of the contracted service. As a user or client, you expressly declare that you know, understand and accept the conditions of use and these general contract conditions. Similarly, you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to access the owner's website and contract through it.

To acquire our services, you may go to the corresponding section of our online store. It is essential to register as a website user to make purchases online. The personal data collected during the registration process and any subsequent purchase will be processed by the owner in order to manage these actions and any subsequent actions arising from them, in accordance with the owner's Privacy Statement. Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion and objection by written request to the registered office indicated above or by email at info@strongabogados.com. Unless otherwise indicated, we will assume that your data has not been modified, that you agree to notify us of any changes, and that we have your consent to use the data to maintain the relationship between the parties.

During the purchase process, you will need to identify yourself with the username and password provided. These details will not be made public. You are responsible for keeping the username and password confidential and secure, and they may not be shared with others. You can modify your registered information at any time in your client area, where you will also have access to a consultation-only history of your contracted services.

Upon completion of the purchase process, the client will receive a confirmation by email. It is essential that the user provides a valid email address during the purchase process. If within 24 hours of completing the service you do not receive confirmation, please contact the owner at the customer service phone number +34 932 155 393 or by email at info@strongabogados.com. The website content is available in English, German, French and Spanish. Before the service is provided, and upon receipt of confirmed payment from the platform provider, the client will receive an email confirmation of the requested service. Once the service has been provided, the client will receive the corresponding invoice.

2. Client identification (KYC)

In compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering and "know your customer" (KYC) requirements, the owner may request that the client provide valid identification documents, proof of address and, in the case of legal entities, information regarding their ownership and beneficial owners, before commencing or continuing the provision of services. The provision of services is conditional upon the satisfactory completion of these verifications.

3. Service features, offers and validity

The services offered in our online store are basic advisory or management services. A prior proposal is sent, and the client is provided with the essential features of the services in the proposal to proceed with reading and acceptance. The owner offers information about the advisory, training and management services offered online, their features and prices. However, the owner reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the services offered through its website by simply changing the content of the website. Thus, the services offered at any given time on the website will be governed by the General Conditions in effect at that time. Likewise, the owner has the right to stop offering the aforementioned services without prior notice at any time.

4. Guarantees

All services offered on the website are guaranteed based on the type of service and the time and manner in which the services requested were provided. The owner has a customer service department, which can be contacted during office hours by phone at +34 932 155 393 or by email at info@strongabogados.com.

5. Prices

All services indicate the sale price in euros. Any applicable taxes will be indicated and charged on the corresponding invoice.

6. Data protection

The owner processes personal data collected through the forms on its website in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Florida, including the Florida Information Protection Act (Section 501.171, Florida Statutes), for the purpose of facilitating, expediting and fulfilling the commitments established between the parties, as further described in the owner's Privacy Statement. Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion and objection by sending a written request by email to info@strongabogados.com or by post to the registered office indicated above. By accepting these conditions, you expressly authorize the processing of your personal data for the purposes indicated.

7. Payment methods and service execution

Payment is made through an external virtual POS system provided by a collaborating bank entity (Banc Sabadell), and this system will determine the accepted credit cards as well as the data required from the client to complete the payment. The client can pay the service amount using VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out in a secure environment, using a server based on standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology, and all information you transmit travels encrypted over the network. Your credit card details are entered directly on the bank's page, in the POS (Bank Payment Terminal), and are not entered or recorded on any of the owner's servers.

When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card, you will always be asked for the card number, the expiration date and a validation code matching the last three digits of the number printed on the back of your card, providing additional security for the transaction. This payment method is valid only on the website. If the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or incorrectly charged using a payment card number, the cardholder may request the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such cases, the corresponding debit and credit entries on the provider's and cardholder's accounts will be made as soon as possible. However, if the purchase was indeed made by the cardholder, and the request for a refund is not the result of exercising a right of withdrawal or termination, and was therefore made without cause, the cardholder will be liable to the owner for the damages and losses resulting from such cancellation.

8. Right of withdrawal, refunds and claims

The services offered are professional advisory and management services provided according to the client's specifications or clearly personalized. Accordingly, no right of withdrawal applies once the provision of the service has begun with the client's consent.

Refunds: the user is entitled to a full refund of the service paid for, provided the conditions of the cancellation policy are met. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, via the virtual POS, once all data has been verified, within less than 24 hours.

If the client wishes to file a complaint, it must be done in writing, explaining the reasons for it, either by post to the owner's registered office at 7901 4th St N, Suite 300, Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States, or by email at info@strongabogados.com.
