According to the current legislation on data protection, Law 15/1999 of December 13, of Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), "STRONG WEBER SL" informs its clients that the personal data collected through the online service contact form will be included in a database that is property and responsibility of "STRONG WEBER SL", with registered office at Plaza 25 de Julio 4, 1D, 38004, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, with the purpose of providing the hired service.

The Client also authorizes "STRONG WEBER SL", by itself or through persons or entities that "STRONG WEBER SL" designates, to use the Client's contact information for commercial promotion of "STRONG WEBER SL" in communications with the Client in the future. The Client may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of their personal data in accordance with the current legislation of the protection of personal data, by writing to "STRONG WEBER SL" by certified mail with acknowledgment of receipt or any other means that allows reliable evidence of receipt by "STRONG WEBER SL", indicating the request made and accompanied by a photocopy of the CIF / ID of the cardholder, to the following address: Plaza 25 de Julio 4, 1D, 38004, Santa Cruz, Tenerife.

"STRONG WEBER SL" is committed to fulfill its obligation of secrecy regarding personal data and its duty to guard it, even after the end of the contractual relationship, adopting security measures imposed by the existing legislation to prevent tampering, loss, or unauthorized access. Law 34/2002 of the Information Society applies to the relationship with the client.
